To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. _ All items on invoice have been verified as pulled.We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This generally applies to our once a month Pawn and Purchase auction occurring the last Saturday of the month. If you purchased lots of larger items, we will have to ship via Federal Express or UPS. Tracking for all packages sent via USPS is automatically sent to your email address on file. If we are prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid, by the purchaser for such property. This will limit your ability to participate in not only our auctions, but other auction houses as well. At that point, if payment is not completed we will restock the items and your account on Proxibid will be flagged. You will have two weeks from the card processing failure date to complete your purchase. IF YOUR PAYMENT DECLINES: We will send two weekly email reminders as well as automatic PayPal reminders that the balance is due. All payments are due within 72 hours of the completion of the auction event. We process all credit cards the business day after the sales (generally every Monday). If you do want to pay with PayPal, please email us to arrange an invoice being sent to you.

International shipping starts at $15 and follow the same format of $0.50 for each item after the first.
